Last year, I had the opportunity to ride the 360-kilometer route, which was an absolutely fantastic experience filled with breathtaking landscapes. The route was not only physically demanding but also incredibly rewarding, allowing me to immerse myself in the stunning natural beauty of the area. Given the current situation, where securing a spot in the highly sought-after Badlands event feels almost like an impossible task, I decided to seize this opportunity and tackle this new challenge instead. The prospect of riding 720 kilometers is both daunting and exciting, and I am eager to see what this new route has in store for me. With the holiday season approaching, I plan to kick off my training regimen right after Christmas. This training will involve not only building my endurance and strength but also familiarizing myself with the specific demands of gravel riding.
